1. Data controller

2. What data we process

Only the data you send us through the inquiry form: name, e-mail, phone, a link to the chosen vehicle and your message. For technical reasons the sender’s IP address is processed briefly, solely to protect the form from abuse by bots.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data only to handle your inquiry and to prepare the offer or contract you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Protecting the form from abuse is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell the data or use it for advertising.

4. How long

For as long as needed to handle your inquiry; if a contract follows, for the period required by law (e.g. accounting and tax rules).

5. Processors

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. and messages from the form are delivered by the e-mail service Resend. Both process data only on our instructions and under the safeguards GDPR requires for transfers outside the EU (standard contractual clauses).

6. Cookies

The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visits. The only cookie is used to sign in to the administration; regular visitors never receive it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to info@akclassics.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).
